HOW BIG IS THE SPACE?
It's a 1200 square-foot 2/2 Spanish-style historic home with renovated interior and new front and back yards.
WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT GUEST ACCESS & PARKING?
There are two houses on the property. Guests will have access to the front house and front driveway. Guests may not enter the big side gate or park in the long driveway due to tenants in the detached guest house. Guests can park in the short driveway (to the left, facing the house). There is also street parking available throughout the neighborhood.
WHERE CAN GUESTS SLEEP?
There are two bedrooms with firm queen beds in each room. The living room features two wide couches and is very comfortable for sleeping. The couch is modular and can be combined into a king size bed. The mattress in the master bedroom comes with a remote aux attached for ultimate comfort customization.
IS THE HOUSE PET-FRIENDLY?
Yes! The backyard is safe and maintained with dogs in mind. We just ask that you tend to pet business and keep the house clean.
WHAT TOILETRIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE BATHROOMS?
The bathrooms are stocked with body soap, face wash, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste and plenty of towels and linens.
WHAT AMENITIES ARE FEATURED IN THE KITCHEN?
The kitchen has coffee and condiments in the refrigerator. The coffee is Nespresso and beans with a grinder. The freezer has ice trays. Only note - there is no dishwasher.
IS THERE A WASHER/DRYER?
Yes.
WITH A HISTORIC HOME, ARE THERE ANY QUIRKS TO KEEP IN MIND?
The front door handle can sometimes trigger a loose spring. Please know that it shuts and locks the same, and is perfectly secure.
CAN GUESTS THROW PARTIES?
We kindly ask that parties are not thrown on location.

There are three sets of weights and a yoga mat - feel free to use at your leisure!
